Collaborate with operations and production to ensure demand plan fulfilment aligns with factory capacity. Drive robust order management and customer fulfilment processes. Manage production planning and scheduling for the solutions factory to meet demand and maintain regional finished goods targets. Partner with logistics and 3PLs to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules. Optimise production capacity and labour utilisation, reducing inefficiencies and changeovers. Establish forecast accuracy metrics and partner with regional and commercial teams to continually improve.
