Role
As a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be working on full-stack development, with a particular focus on building high-quality, scalable web and mobile applications.
You’ll be joining a small, close-knit team and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack Ruby on Rails development efforts for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define technical solutions.
- Work with cutting-edge technologies like Hotwire and Stimulus to deliver dynamic, modern web and mobile experiences.
- Contribute to code reviews and help define best practices within the team.
- Maintain and improve the scalability and performance of the platform as they grow.
You’ll Have:
- Proven experience with full-stack Ruby on Rails development.
- Experience with Hotwire and Stimulus.
- Solid experience with mobile development - with Rails-based frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, collaborative work environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
