Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the service at point of delivery exceeds required standards and the contract meets client objectives financially and operationally.
* Understand and articulate the end-to-end client service processes and deliver to clients and Business Managers.
* Achieve contract specifications by regularly walking and reviewing provided services.
* Communicate with team formally and structured to cascade information and support initiatives for the Go for Growth Strategy.
* Drive revenue and labour productivity opportunities within the business.
* Liaise with customers personally through management team to exceed service expectations using customer feedback tools.
* Act when compliance failures occur, investigate reasons and address to build performance.
* Maintain a hands‑on approach to all services as needed.
* Complete audits (Safegard, SIA, Secure, Food service, cleaning, Unit Business Health Checks, Action Plans) and ensure actions delivered on time.
* Review accounts against specifications and monitor compliance per company and policy standards.
* Attend monthly GSM meetings, training and site visits to gain subject knowledge.
* Hold team accountable for key objectives, follow performance management procedures if objectives not met.
* Deliver comprehensive induction and on‑job training for employees.
* Set targets and objectives with team regularly and review in line with the Performance Development Review process.
* Conduct formal monthly review of business and personal performance including sales, development, issue resolution, personal development and succession plans.
* Carry out annual Performance Development Review and 6‑monthly reviews with all staff.
* Coach and mentor team.
* Apply consequence management approach, reward and praise, address underperformance and non‑compliance structuredly following client HR procedures.
* Support learning and development programmes, identify own development learning, raise learning opportunities.
* Develop and optimise team capability, nominate for learning and development activities.
