About the Role

Prime Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team and support our care home clients in Bath and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible agency work, offering you control over your schedule while providing high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

As a Prime Healthcare HCA, you will be delivering personal care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.

* Assist with mobility, meals, and personal hygiene needs.

* Monitor and record residents wellbeing and report concerns to senior staff.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation.

* Promote independence and ensure residents dignity and safety.

Requirements
* Minimum of 6 months experience in a UK care home or similar setting.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

* Up-to-date mandatory training certificates.

* Right to work in the UK.

* A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach to work.
