Job Description
We are looking for an experienced leveraged finance for a 12 month maternity cover at an investment bank.
Key requirements include:
* Drafting and Negotiation: Drafting complex loan agreements, credit facilities, and intercreditor agreements.
* Closing Transactions: Managing the execution, signing, and registration of financing documents to close deals.
* Restructuring and Refinancing: Assisting with refinancing existing debt, recapitalizations
* Negotiating commitment documents and grids, as well as long form documentation. *essential
Fully remote available but we encourage at least one day in the office for general rapport. Good hours (9-6pm)
