Chef de Partie needed in Birmingham, paying £14.20 per hour

What You'll Be Doing As a Chef De Partie
Prepare, cook, and present food to the highest quality and safety standards, ensuring timely service, minimal waste, and full compliance with Food Hygiene, HACCP, and allergen procedures.
Manage a designated kitchen section efficiently, maintain equipment and cleanliness
Support stock control, ordering, deliveries, waste management, and approved supplier processes to maintain operational and commercial standards.
Work collaboratively with the brigade, mentor junior chefs, deliver excellent customer service
What You'll Need To Be a Chef De Partie
Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
Excellent communicator, able to liaise confidently with customers and colleagues
Excellent knowledge of food and presentation skills
