Job Title: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER – Commercial Property

Experienced Commercial Property Manager (preferably MRICS qualified) required to assist with the management of a commercial portfolio in the Teddington / Twickenham area. The role involves rent collection, maintenance, lease negotiation, and client liaison for a respected property firm.
We are seeking an experienced and MRICS-qualified Commercial Property Manager with solid experience across the commercial property.
This role also offers the opportunity to be part a successful professional team with a strong local reputation.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing a portfolio of commercial properties
* Maintaining client relationships and handling communications
* Overseeing rent collection and property accounting
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Negotiating and interpreting leases, rent reviews, and licences
* Handling lease renewals and associated documentation
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Experience in Commercial Property Management
* MRICS qualification
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
* Full clean UK driving licence
* Relevant property or surveying qualifications beneficial
