What You'll Do:
* Lead your section – managing prep, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
* Maintain consistency & quality – ensuring dishes meet our exacting standards.
* Assist with stock control & ordering – making sure your section runs smoothly.
* Work closely with the Head & Sous Chef – helping to deliver a seamless service.
* Support menu development – contributing fresh ideas for specials and seasonal dishes.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
* A passion for fresh ingredients & creative cooking – keeping our menu exciting.
* Strong organisational skills – running a section efficiently during busy service.
* A cool head under pressure – thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Weekend and evening availability is essential – as these are our peak times.
