You will be responsible for arranging, hosting and responding to client audits, with assistance where necessary and to manage the self-inspection programme across the UK and ensure timely completion of activities. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on an annual salary of up to £35,000.00 per annum. Purpose of the role This role will ensure that Quality is at the forefront of client audits and the self-inspection programme within Movianto UK. This role is responsible for ensuring the compliance to relevant regulatory legislation; Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 343/01), ISO9001, ISO13485. How you'll make an impact as a Quality Officer at Movianto: Arrange, host and respond to client audits, predominantly at Bedford but occasionally at other sites as required Participate in regulatory inspections by either providing backroom support or acting as subject matter expert where appropriate Organise, perform and report on Movianto UK self-inspections with other internal auditors Oversee the supplier qualification programme and maintain the Approved Supplier List Perform and facilitate risk assessments on GDP and quality processes to ensure they meet regulatory, business and client needs What it will take to thrive as a Quality Officer at Movianto: You must be able to work in a team and independently demonstrate a high level of performance You are able to work under pressure, in a busy and demanding environment, and to strict deadlines You will have the ability to present and communicate with confidence to a wide range of audiences including clients You will be practical with excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise Essential Minimum of 3 years' experience of working within a quality department certified to ISO9001 or ISO13485 standard Knowledge of GDP Guidelines Familiarisation with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 and Quality Auditing Experience of Microsoft packages.
