Focusing mainly on the core Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, you will administer Salesforce for various internal teams, understanding their requirements and building solutions to match them. The business is undergoing a large-scale overhaul of the platform, with the aim of increasing efficiency across the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Configuring the Salesforce platform daily
* Automating business processes through flows
* Collaborate with the Salesforce team and wider business units
* Provide support to users daily
* Utilise your Salesforce knowledge to suggest improvements
Experience and Qualifications
* Experience configuring Sales Cloud & Service Cloud is key
* Must be highly proficient in building new flows and amending existing automations
* Strong ability to gather requirements from stakeholders
* Translate requirements into buildable solutions
