This temporary role is set to start on Monday, 20 October, initially for three weeks, with the possibility of extension based on our needs. What You'll Do: As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our institution, responsible for creating a positive first impression for students, staff, and visitors. Your key duties will include: Greeting and directing students, staff, and visitors at reception with a warm smile. Responding to in-person enquiries and signposting appropriately. Managing student check-ins for appointments and events seamlessly. Maintaining a tidy and professional working environment. Supporting with general administrative and logging tasks as needed. What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess: Previous front-of-house or customer service experience, ideally within an education or service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse audience. A calm and professional demeanour, especially under pressure. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) to assist with administrative duties. Why Join Us? Competitive Pay: Earn £16.51 per hour agency fee. Full-Time Hours: Work 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Supportive Team: Work under the guidance of Nicholas Grimbas, our Student Engagement and Relations Manager, who will be your line manager and point of contact.
