This role is to act as a true Brand Ambassador, interacting with a broad range of customers and promoting customer service excellence in-store.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting customers, listening, and confidently offering bespoke advice while selling in a professional and passionate way.
* Strive for high productivity by maximizing sales and services goals and elevating every customer interaction to contribute to store KPI targets.
* Maintain strong product knowledge for all services (Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store) and apply it to tailor the customer experience.
* Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance service quality based on customer feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
* Assist with stockroom and back-area housekeeping, receive deliveries, manage stock, and adhere to stock and cash control procedures to minimise loss.
* Follow the appointment process using the appointed platform, contacting customers prior to visits and recording status information accurately.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Technical: Basic product knowledge of store features and services; familiarity with POS systems, cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management.
* About You: Reflect Moss’s aesthetic through personal style, embrace continuous self-improvement and time management, communicate effectively to inspire and foster relationships with colleagues and customers, and demonstrate adherence to Moss’s values and behavioural competencies.
