Job Description:
Our client is one of the UK's largest and most progressive and dynamic leisure operators. They are currently recruiting for a Membership Manager based at their leading site in Sheringham, Norfolk. Leading a busy team, you will take an active role in growing the membership at the site.
What your role will be
You will support the Membership Advisors to maximize opportunities, working at the facility. You will set KPIs and targets, monitor performance regularly, and ensure the team is supported according to our values.
You will manage the team with the philosophy that 'everyone's a member,' focusing on converting users to members. Developing excellent customer service and ensuring quality at all times will be key. You will empower your team to become subject matter experts with extensive product knowledge, ensuring systems and administration are maintained and compliant.
Your background
The ideal candidate will have experience in membership management, sales management, or consulting. Excellent communication skills are necessary for liaising with internal and external customers and staff. You should demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team to success.
