Overview
gap personnel are an employment agency and are currently supplying their Wrexham Site with Production Operators. As we are sole supply for the site we now have an opportunity to support them with an Administrator within their HR Department.
Responsibilities
* Entering employment data into the company database
* Scanning of confidential documents and placing into employee files
* Setting up recruitment and training events
* Answering any employee enquiries
* Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
* Updating employee holiday and sickness records
Qualifications
* A good solid administrative background
* Be able to work in a confidential environment
* Be able to use Microsoft applications
Hourly Rate of Pay £13.25 per hour
Hours of Work Mon-Thursday 9am-4pm with a 1.30pm finish on Fridays
This is an ongoing temporary basis
