We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in continuous improvement and KPI-driven performance.
About the Role:
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across the board. You’ll lead a dedicated team, implement process improvements, and drive performance through data and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across the production floor
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence
Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
Collaborate with planning, logistics, and engineering teams to optimise workflow
Identify and implement lean manufacturing initiatives
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Production Manager is essential – we are not considering applicants without this level of experience
Strong background in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Highly KPI-driven with a track record of delivering measurable results
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
Desirable:

Salary & Benefits:
£40,000–£45,000 per annum, depending on experience
