Job role: B2B Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working with 2 days per week at our Luton office, and regular meetings in London
Salary: £30,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The job role
As B2B Marketing Executive, you will contribute to our vision of being the UK's favourite residential property manager by:
* Developing and executing innovative marketing activities to meet our new business targets.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to our target market.
* Working with the wider Marketing team to support with additional marketing projects as business-need dictates.
Main Responsibilities
* Create and build segmented e-mail journeys for B2B audiences.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools that support the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
* Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the B2B journey across paid, earned and owned media and seek opportunities to convert leads.
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and competitive differentiation.
* Optimise PPC campaigns to drive stronger conversion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Skills and Experience
* Ideally degree educated in Marketing or similar, and / or professional qualification like CIM or equivalent.
* 3+ years working in a marketing role, ideally within the property industry.
* Experience with CRM e-mail platforms is essential with ability to build complex e-mail journeys.
* Working knowledge of Content Management Systems like WordPress.
* Great copywriting skills.
* Good relationship builder.
* Business development experience an advantage.
* Proven track record organising marketing activity and campaigns end to end, including clear reporting.
* Strong but natural communicator with acute attention to detail.
* Fast paced worker, enjoying working in a busy and varied environment.
* Proactive self-starter, who is organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and deadline focused.
