🔍 About the Role
You’ll join a collaborative in-house legal team supporting both UK charity operations and international offices (North America, Brazil, China). These are broad, strategic roles offering exposure to:
* Commercial contracts and multi-party collaborations
* IP licensing and brand protection
* Charity law, data privacy, employment, and compliance
* Cross-border legal matters and stakeholder engagement
One role will focus on the Retail Mission, and the other on Plastics, partnering with teams that are catalysing change across industries.
👤 About You
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent)
* 4+ years PQE (guide only), with strong in-house experience
* Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
* Familiarity with charity law, data protection, IP, and competition law preferred
* Experience in retail, FMCG, supply chains, or sustainability-driven projects is a plus
