Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, post, and meeting coordination
* Support diary management and travel bookings
* Assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic bookkeeping
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
* Help maintain a welcoming and tidy studio environment
Skills:
* Previous experience in administration or office coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
* Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude
* Interest in architecture or design is a plus
