About the Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, youll be the first point of contact for our customerswhether they need support, have a query, or aren't satisfied with a service. Your calm, empathetic nature and clear communication will ensure every customer walks away with confidence in Speedy.
Youll engage with internal teams and depots across the business to resolve customer concerns and keep things moving efficiently. You'll help us build long-term customer relationships by going above and beyond in every interaction.
