About the role
As a Senior Azure Platform Engineer and Cloud Consultant, you will guide customers on their journey to cloud and DevOps maturity. Leveraging your expertise in cloud technologies and best practices, you will architect, implement, and optimise tailored solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional value.
Interview Process – 4 stages

* Technical interview deep dive with Practice Leadership.
* Competency‑focused final interview with Engineering Leadership.

You must hold active SC or be eligible for SC, which requires:

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to assess current infrastructure, identify improvement opportunities, and develop tailored cloud and DevOps strategies.
* Design and implement scalable, resilient, secure cloud‑native solutions using industry best practices and cutting‑edge technologies.
* Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) practices.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritise initiatives, and align with strategic objectives.
* Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW) and lead small projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, budget, and timeline.
* Stay current with emerging cloud and DevOps trends, sharing knowledge internally.
Skills
* Platform engineering: proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, resilient, secure cloud platforms.
* Automation: experience with IaC practices and tools such as Terraform, Ansible.
* Container orchestration: knowledge of Kubernetes and managed services like AKS.
* Public cloud: deep understanding of Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
* DevOps: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerisation (Docker).
Experience
* Project leadership delivering cloud migration, optimisation, or transformation projects.
* Client‑facing experience with successful delivery of solutions.
* Effective cross‑functional teamwork and communication of technical concepts.
* Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and certifications.
Qualifications
Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) at an associate level is highly desirable. Kubernetes administration certifications, such as Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKSS), are also welcome.
