What you'll be doing
In this dynamic role, you'll take ownership of essential financial processes while working collaboratively with a supportive team:
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
Performing daily bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
Overseeing payment runs and supplier accounts
Assisting with month-end reporting and ledger updates
Resolving queries and managing non-stock purchase orders
Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses
What they're looking for:
A team player with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:
Solid Accounts Payable experience, including bank reconciliations
Strong accuracy, organisation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Sage Line 50/200 and intermediate Excel (preferred but not essential)
