Overview
Planner — Peterborough, 42.5 hours per week, 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Full-time, Fixed Term Contract. Salary: up to £27,846 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Manage follow-on appointments raised by the client; ensure each job is scheduled appropriately, allocate the correct amount of time, and assign the right operatives.
* Closely monitor progress of each job, identify additional works required, and ensure these are addressed promptly.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor overdue works to maintain service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Criteria
* Previous experience in a Planning/Admin role.
* Good organisation skills.
* IT literate.
* Good communication skills.
