Package Description 14.00 per hour 40 hours per week including weekends & evenings Main Responsibilities Overseeing efficient customer service across the allocated area of Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club alongside the Catering Manager. Lead, engage, motivate and train to create a high level of performance within the workplace while ensuring that casual employees are thoroughly briefed of expectations. Assist the Catering Manager in ensuring that all requirements for each event are met to guarantee the smooth running of all events. Ensure that all areas are set and prepared to meet with relevant requirements while overseeing and supporting all operations. Ensure adherence to company uniform standards across all areas. Ensure that all areas open are effectively closed and left clean & tidy. Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Passion for food and beverage.
