Are you experienced in supporting children and young people with Autism? We’re looking for an Autism Specialist Support Worker to join a well-established special school in Northfield. The school caters to pupils aged 2 – 19 years with a wide range of needs and seeks passionate staff who can make a difference from day one. About the Role: You’ll work alongside teachers and therapists to provide tailored support for pupils with autism, helping them access learning, develop life skills, and reach their full potential. You’ll build strong relationships with students and staff, contribute to behaviour support plans, and ensure every child feels safe and supported.
