Role Details
Mon-Fri 40 hours a week; the role will be predominantly based out of our Christchurch office with visits to current and future client sites.
Requirements
* Must be a NZ Citizen or hold permanent residency
* Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with large enterprise clients, identifying needs and recommending tailored technology solutions.
* Drive new business through proactive engagement, proposal development, and solution presentations.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, across GVC, AV, and unified communications.
* Maintain high service standards for existing accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
* Represent the company at industry events, conduct product demos, and deliver client training.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast sales, and participate in ongoing training and certification.
Who We Are Looking For
* A self-starter with extensive knowledge of audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
* 3-5 years’ experience with audio-visual, unified communications, and video signal management.
* MS Teams and AV Certifications
* Established skill set in solution and relationship sales.
* Demonstrated achievement of sales quota goals on a consistent basis
* Experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Competence and confidence in presenting
* Account management experience
* Advances working knowledge on MS-Office applications, CRM & technical systems.
