The Role As Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit starts and ends on a positive note. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism Managing check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations efficiently Handling telephone and email enquiries Liaising with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintaining accurate records and reports Providing local information and helping guests enjoy an exceptional stay About You We’re looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and passionate about great service.
