As a Business Strategy Associate, you'll help us tackle our biggest business challenges. You'll use your strategic financial analysis skills to shape our growth strategy and achieve our financial targets. This role involves collaborating with all teams and functions, executing projects, building frameworks, and supporting high-impact initiatives. We seek someone with excellent personal and communication skills who can build relationships with senior stakeholders and teams to meet our goals, while maintaining accountability.
This is an excellent opportunity for a problem solver and strategic thinker to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You'll support all teams as an internal strategy consultant, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform business decisions and lead key projects. Your role will include identifying opportunities to improve our operating model and designing practical solutions to overcome challenges.
You will be part of our Business Strategy team, reporting directly to the Head of Business Strategy and supporting the Leadership Team. You will collaborate with local functional teams (commercial, operations, marketing, etc.) as well as our Central and Product teams.
What you'll be doing:
1. Managing various projects and initiatives for the Singapore market, challenging existing processes and driving innovation.
2. Developing strategies for different aspects of our business plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
3. Managing campaign end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders from planning to execution.
4. Assisting the F&S team with quarterly and annual reforecasting/budgeting, and continuous KPI tracking.
5. Monitoring performance and preparing analytical reports for management review.
6. Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop effective strategies and guide investment decisions.
7. Supporting projects from design to implementation to ensure long-term success.
8. Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders from diverse teams.
9. Understanding and influencing factors that drive performance, aiming to improve both top and bottom line.
10. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in Singapore and at headquarters.
What you’ll need:
* At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
* Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience managing complex projects involving multiple senior stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with minimal guidance.
