About the Role:
We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Senior Childrens Residential Support Worker to join an established childrens residential EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Birmingham. This is a key leadership role within a stable and well-run service, supporting the management team while delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts, act as a positive role model for the staff team and help maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment that promotes stability, resilience and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Pay & Hours:
* £14.95 per hour
* £70 per sleep-in
* Flexible shift work including day, early, late and sleep-in shifts
