Job Title: 1st Line Engineer
Location: Bristol (onsite)
Salary: up to £28,000

The Role:
* Act as the initial point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and the ticketing system
* Deliver first-line support across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Diagnose and resolve common issues with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking
* Support software deployments, system updates, and hardware installations or configurations
* Document technical problems and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and consistency
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in IT support or a helpdesk role
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 environments
* Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
* Familiarity with core networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing
