Health and Social Care Assessor (Levels 2 & 3) - North Wales

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor with sound knowledge of delivering NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. The successful candidate will support learners across North Wales, conducting assessments, developing positive relationships with learners and employers, and promoting e-portfolio use.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct and evaluate initial assessments to ensure correct programme placement.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with learners and employers.
3. Promote e-portfolio usage among learners and employers.
4. Participate in quality assurance activities, including exit interviews.
5. Maintain flexibility to meet learners' needs.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience assessing up to Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to support learners and demonstrate learner successes.
