What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups during fun and engaging lessons
* Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Encouraging students’ confidence, independence, and social development
* Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans and preparing classroom resources
* Collaborating with a close-knit team of passionate educators
We’re Looking For:
* No formal qualifications needed—just your passion, patience, and positivity
* Any experience with children or in a care/support role is a bonus
* Team players with great communication skills
* People who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to learn
* Must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, and able to travel within Bristol
