The Role
We are seeking a Hearing & Aural Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality hearing and ear care services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting ear wax removal using safe and effective techniques.
* Performing hearing screenings to assess clients' hearing health.
* Providing hearing aftercare, including guidance on ongoing care and maintenance of hearing devices.
* Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
* Advising clients on hearing health, prevention, and treatment options.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless, patient-focused service.
* Taking on reasonable additional or different duties as required to meet our business needs.
About You
* Preferably qualified and/or experienced in ear care, hearing screening, or related clinical work. Full training can be provided.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, patient-centered approach.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols.
* Flexibility and willingness to support the team with additional duties when needed.
