Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a packages such as Sage 200.This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, supporting both clerical tasks and data entry responsibilities.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations, ensuring an organised and efficient workspace.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
* Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with the preparation of documents and reports using MS systems
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
* Support financial record keeping through Accounting software, including invoicing .
* Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
* Provide clerical support as needed, including typing correspondence and managing schedules.
Requirements
* Proficient in software applications ( or similar) MS Suite ).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
* Familiarity with or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
