We are looking to expand our to find a great candidate for a role within property letting.
The position involves conducting viewings and dealing with lettings activities related to supporting our rental goals. This role is focussed on our co-living and the student portfolio, which sit alongside our residential properties.
The role has previously been taken on by recent graduates or enthusiastic young professionals who live in or have an experience of the HMO market.

Fast paced is often used casually, but what we mean is a rapid market that results in a varied day to day task list with high expectations on pace and commitment from yourself.
This position requires a tech savvy individual with the confidence to deal with varied enquiries on a day-to-day basis. Most of your time will be spent conducting viewings, managing enquiries, and creating listings for our available properties.
Alongside this lettings role, we are looking for someone who wants to grow and learn by approaching the position with a proactive and creative attitude. Whether you are wanting to move into marketing, design, sales strategy or any area of the letting business, we want to see you evolve to maximise the opportunities available. These opportunities can only be defined by your drive and areas you wish to specialise.
You will be working both proactively and reactively to ensure 100% occupancy for our portfolio, there are a host of tasks that give the position variety and make sure you will never be bored during your week. We want someone to come in and deliver a smart and formal service while also adding a personality and flare to an exciting and fast paced environment. This person must also understand the importance of converting the leads through to booking.
The Role
· Monitor and reply to incoming enquiries from email, phone calls and walk ins.
· Keep the lettings lead database updated and monitored
· Conduct property viewings.
· Create online listings via our data management system, monitoring and updating accordingly (based on our availability sheet), ensuring properties are represented well via photos and descriptions)
· Pro-actively generate new business through various avenues.
· Constantly target retention - of existing tenants and re-contracting for the following period.
· Identify opportunities to up sell other products and services within the company.
· Reach and respond to targets and goals set by the Sales Manager
· Conduct checkout and move in inspections of properties.
· Support the managerial team as required to develop new business and effectively deliver high levels of customer service.
· Adhere to and introduce relevant administrative policies with internal systems.
In order to create better occupancy and letting opportunities, we want to facilitate areas of specialism and desired growth. This maybe in the form of managing our events and promo team, creating a communication strategy, stepping into networking or photography for properties. We don't know what part of our business will suit your skill set and what you want to learn but we are keen to facilitate it.
