This Mortgage Advisor role offers a fantastic basic salary from £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE and qualifications) with an OTE potential of £50,000. You'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment while being supported in developing your skills and performance.
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
Managing leads through various channels.
Delivering excellent customer service by evaluating customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
Observing regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Meeting and striving to exceed agreed service levels and targets.
Working in accordance with the company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.

For the Trainee Mortgage Advisor position, our client is looking for:
CeMAP qualification or part qualification, or a commitment to study and gain the qualification (training packages provided).
At least 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
Proven track record of achieving key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work onsite in Manchester City Centre at least three days per week.
Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
