About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant (Secondary), you will work closely with teachers to support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons. You may provide in-class support, work with small intervention groups, and assist students who require additional help with behaviour, engagement or learning. The role involves supporting pupils across a range of secondary subjects while helping maintain a focused and productive classroom environment.
