Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing company based in the Reading area who are looking for a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join their team overseeing Reactive and Void Repairs.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading project delivery across several residential sites, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
2. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to uphold standards and performance
3. Maintaining excellent client relationships and representing the business at progress meetings
4. Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
5. Monitoring KPIs and ensuring quality control throughout each stage of delivery
6. Collaborating closely with commercial teams to maximise project profitability
7. Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector
8. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
9. Proactive approach to work
10. Proven track record for being reliable and punctual
11. Must hold a manual driving licence
Key Knowledge:
12. Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge
13. IT and Excel Literate
