Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:15 am–5:00 pm; Friday, 8:15 am–4:00 pm

Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive professional to join our busy warehouse team. You’ll combine hands-on warehouse duties with administrative and purchasing responsibilities, ensuring smooth stock flow and supporting our management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Warehouse Operations: Receive, check and book-in incoming deliveries; Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts; Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
* Procurement & Purchasing Administration: Raise and process purchase orders in Sage; Liaise with suppliers to track order status and resolve discrepancies; Check incoming goods against orders and update system records
* Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and recommend re-order quantities; Coordinate stock moves, returns and disposals
* Systems & Reporting: Maintain product and supplier data within Sage; Generate routine stock and purchasing reports for management
* Team Support & Cover: Provide holiday and sickness cover across warehouse/admin roles
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Sage (or similar ERP) for purchasing and stock control
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to “pitch in” wherever needed
* Forklift licence or willingness to train (desirable but not essential)
