My client is looking for a Head of People to lead the people agenda at an exciting time of growth. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic leadership with strong operational delivery, partnering closely with senior leaders to support growth, performance and culture.
You’ll own the People strategy end to end — shaping culture, building scalable HR foundations, and ensuring teams are supported to perform at their best in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver a People strategy aligned to commercial objectives and values.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organisational design, change and workforce planning.
* Lead performance management, career frameworks and succession planning.
* Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across the group.
* Oversee all HR operations, policies, compliance and employee relations.
* Design and deliver wellbeing initiatives suited to high-performance teams.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior People leadership role within a creative, consultancy or high-growth business.
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
* Commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
* Confident building structure, processes and culture as the business scales.
