A Front of House Concierge/Security Officer is required for an elite site in Leeds city centre. The ideal candidate will need extensive customer service and security background. The role works alongside the client and supports the team.
Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00‑19:00. Payrate £13.90 per hour. Parking available on site.
Job Overview
* Protect customers’ property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site’s Assignment Instructions.
* Meet and/or exceed Key Performance Indicators / Service Level Agreements.
* Undertake additional training for continuous self‑development.
Main Duties
Operations
* Ensure compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
* Complete all tasks and duties as defined within the Assignment Instructions.
* Review Assignment Instructions and suggest improvements.
* Obtain and wear required licences: frontline licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
* Comply with legal and safety obligations.
* Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
* Work systematically and orderly.
Training
* Complete all required competency training.
* Undertake additional training directed by the Security Account Manager.
* Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop job knowledge.
* Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
* Report Health & Safety hazards immediately.
* Stay alert to threats and respond appropriately.
* Involve others if situation becomes threatening.
* Maintain professional conduct.
* Keep accurate notebook entries for incidents.
* Adhere to schedules and demonstrate commitment.
* Ensure check calls are carried out on time.
* Call emergency services and Communications Centre to report incidents.
