We’re working with a growing, well-established consultancy that is looking for an experienced CDM Consultant to join their team in Leeds. As a CDM Consultant, you’ll take a lead role in helping clients navigate CDM 2015 regulations, ensuring risk is managed from design through to delivery. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable, close-knit team and enjoy the autonomy to manage your own projects. What You’ll Be Doing: * Deliver CDM Advisory and Principal Designer duties across various sectors * Ensure clients meet their duties under CDM 2015 regulations * Engage with design teams to drive risk-aware thinking and practical design solutions * Undertake site inspections and audits, producing concise reports and advice * Represent the business in client meetings, contributing to business development and project wins What We’re Looking For: * Demonstrable experience delivering CDM consultancy or H&S advisory services * Solid understanding of CDM 2015 and the construction design process * NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) * APS Membership (IMaPS or CMaPS) or working towards * A confident communicator who enjoys building trusted client relationships What’s On Offer: * Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience * Car allowance * Hybrid working * Ongoing CPD and support with professional memberships * A supportive environment and genuine career progression opportunities If you're looking for a fresh challenge in a business that values collaboration, flexibility, and quality—this could be the move for you.
