Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and update health and safety policies, procedures, and systems across the business to ensure full compliance with current legislation and best practice in the construction industry.
* Manage and coordinate health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, permits, and contractor approvals.
* Assist with audits and inspections of the site, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on findings.
* Design and deliver health and safety training materials, toolbox talk content, induction programmes, and e-learning modules for site personnel and contractors.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role, ideally from within construction or a related industry.
* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well with a wide range of people.
* Drive and enthusiasm to promote a positive health and safety culture.
