As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you’ll go the extra mile for our members. Anything can happen whilst driving, but we are the AA and we get everyone back on the road safely so the show can go on. In return, we’ll go the extra mile for you, with training, support and opportunities for development.

Base Salary: £58,213 (includes location allowance)
Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000!
To be eligible for the above base salary, a minimum of 50 hours per week must be worked.

Job Description

Responsibilities
* A communicator: Master diagnostics and delight customers by sharing knowledge clearly and ensuring they feel safe and cared for.
* A self-starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Use your technical expertise to solve issues, whether fixing roadside or recovering vehicles to garages, enabling customers to continue their day.
Minimum Requirements
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent with appropriate experience.
* Full category B driving license with 6 points or less.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
