About The Role
In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person working here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell. Joining HC-One offers a wonderful opportunity to give back to these individuals.
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be a testament to your dedication. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and professionalism.
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with or without experience; we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should be proactive in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
We offer full training and a variety of benefits to support your well-being and career development, including:
