Cala Homes SHC Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Operative with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join their team in Dorking. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking remedial works for purchasers and occasionally coordinating with external trades across Surrey, Kent & Sussex.
About You
Your responsibilities will include carrying out decorative making-good settlement works, reporting and correcting minor faults, including full reinstatement of emergency works. You will communicate regularly with our office team, contractors, and suppliers. As a representative of Cala in customers’ homes, it will be your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction with repairs. You will attend weekly departmental meetings and keep all paperwork up to date.
Ideally, you will be an experienced joiner, but candidates with a multi-trade building background will also be considered. Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations is essential. You should be comfortable working at height and using ladders safely. Excellent communication skills, a full driving license, and the ability to work independently are required.
