Job Description
Team Assistant needed to join a market leading property consultancy firm who really invest in their staff. A super social company based in amazing City based offices and offering hybrid working, if you are seeking a busy and varied supporting role then this is the role for you!
Immediate start - 6 month FTC
Supporting a busy team up to Partners level, daily duties to include:
* Diary management
* Event management - manage and organise seminars, client entertainment, dinners etc.
* Organise travel
* Respond to invites on behalf of the team
* Producing presentations for bids, formatting, and proof-reading documents
* General audio/copy typing and formatting of documents including letters, reports, meeting agendas and meeting minutes
* Processing expenses/mileage claims for the team
* Dealing with telephone enquiries/taking messages
* Mail merges
* Marketing and branding
* Finance and compliance administration (Excel tracking)
You:
* Strong MS Office skills
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Good typing skills and attention to detail
* Experience of supporting a team
* A strong administrator with a hard-working ethic, great personality and good sense of humour who enjoys working as part of a fast-paced team
