Job Title: Band 7 Occupational Therapist Grade: Band 7 Location: Prescot, Merseyside Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client in Prescot, Merseyside. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced clinical expertise in the assessment and treatment of patients with complex physical, cognitive, or mental health needs. Lead and coordinate occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary team. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to promote independence and improve quality of life. Supervise and support junior staff, students, and assistants. Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies, and relevant legislation.
