This is a self-employed role with the benefit of a steady flow of appointments provided for you (minimum of 4 per week). The role is primarily remote but involves extensive travel to conduct surveys across the South and South East of England. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed residential property surveys, valuations, and reports in accordance with industry standards. Travel to client properties within your designated area. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients based on survey findings. Maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with RICS regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts to generate additional business opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Must hold relevant professional qualifications such as AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS. Experience in conducting residential surveys and valuations. Strong knowledge of the residential property market. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload efficiently.
