Role Overview & Responsibilities As a Sales Negotiator for my client, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales through: Vendor Care: Prioritising communication, understanding clients' motivations, and negotiating effectively. Sales & Valuations: Meeting viewing and sales targets, preparing offer files, and booking valuations confidently. Conveyancing & Financial Services: Promoting recommended solicitors and mortgage services, achieving personal targets. Client Management & Innovation: Using CRM, portals, and AI tools to enhance client outcomes while contributing innovative ideas to improve the branch. Time & Communication: Staying organised, managing diaries, responding promptly to calls/emails, and maintaining professional standards.
