The year group for this role is flexible and will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and strengths.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Class Teacher who will:
* Be an excellent classroom practitioner, continuously striving to improve teaching and learning
* Set high expectations to ensure all pupils reach their full potential
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of Additional Learning Needs (ALN) to support inclusive practice
* Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
* Work collaboratively with parents, carers, staff, governors, and external professionals
* Implement effective and positive behaviour management strategies
* Contribute as part of a dedicated and supportive team
* Use innovative resources, including ICT, to enhance learning
* Uphold and promote the school’s values and ethos
* Show a strong understanding of Curriculum for Wales and its impact on teaching and learning
* Take an active role in whole school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
